Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, message, optional service selection and address-count notes)
  • Basic technical logs needed to operate the website (IP address, browser type, timestamps)
  • Cookie preferences stored in your browser when you Accept or Reject non-essential cookies

We do not request seed phrases, private keys, or full UTXO dumps through web forms. Please do not send them.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to session requests, schedule appointments, issue estimates, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Inquiry emails and related notes are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last correspondence, unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Session sheets for completed engagements are retained as agreed in writing with you; we do not keep copies of your master ledger pages by default.

Where applicable under Korean privacy law, we process data based on your request to take steps prior to a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure practice, and consent for non-essential cookies.

International transfers

If email or hosting providers process data outside Korea, we rely on contractual safeguards and provider commitments appropriate to the transfer. We will provide further detail on request.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you may withdraw cookie consent by clearing the stored preference and revisiting the banner choices. Children

Our services are intended for adults capable of managing Bitcoin custody decisions. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
