Acceptance

By accessing secure-data.digital or engaging Secure Data for offline UTXO and address ledger maintenance, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a session.

Services described

Secure Data provides appointment-based ledger maintenance for Bitcoin-only holders: audits, address registry care, and reconciliation sessions. Descriptions on this site are informational. A written estimate and session sheet define each engagement. We do not provide custody, exchange, brokerage, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

Client responsibilities

You remain solely responsible for your keys, seed material, devices, and coins. You operate signing devices during sessions unless a written air-gapped protocol states otherwise. You must not share seed phrases through our web forms or email.

Intellectual property

Worksheet templates, site content, and branding belong to Secure Data. You retain ownership of your completed ledger pages and personal notes. You may not copy our worksheets for commercial resale.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Secure Data is not liable for loss of coins, key compromise, or decisions you make after a session. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees you paid for that engagement. We do not warrant uninterrupted website availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
